Rich is a seasoned technology and broadcast media executive with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of high-stakes operations, production, and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for scaling complex global operations, modernizing workflows, and delivering high-reliability services in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Rich has held key leadership roles at global media companies, including LTN Global Communications and Encompass Digital Media, where he directed cross-functional teams and led digital transformation initiatives for major broadcast networks and enterprise clients. His expertise spans the full spectrum of the industry, from managing 24/7 global news acquisition operations at ABC News to pioneering IP-based transmission and digital service models.

As the Founder and Executive Producer of Rozycki Media, LLC, Rich bridges the gap between sophisticated broadcast technology and creative storytelling. Whether producing live events, consulting on broadcast strategy, or developing multimedia content, he brings a "newsroom-ready" rigor to every project, ensuring that technical precision and artistic integrity go hand-in-hand.

Beyond his professional work, Rich is committed to leadership and community development. He serves as a Board Member for the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, and contributes his time to alumni engagement and student leadership mentorship, including over 30 years with the New Jersey Association of Student Councils. Rich holds a B.A. in Communication from Rowan University.
